Introduction of Training Course

The project provides training for frontline and managerial staff in five sectors for them to master the latest infection control knowledge, skills, and best simulation practices. The training will cover various infection control-related topics, including but not limited of infectious diseases, hand hygiene, donning and doffing of personal protective equipment, cleaning, and disinfection, and how to develop and implement infection control plans.

Infection Control Training Couse

Comprehensive training on infection control knowledge and skills will be provided by Registered Nurses to frontline employees working in the five sectors. This aims to ensure that employees have a thorough understanding of infectious diseases, can learn the proper handling and preventive measures in an immersive and interesting approach.

Table Drill on "Infectious Diseases Outbreak Prevention and Management"

Simulation scenarios on infectious disease outbreaks, will be facilitated by Registered Nurses to managerial staffs in the five sectors. This will allow managers to mind-drill on the practical management strategies and understand the precautions involved in actual implementation, aiming to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

On-site Visit and Assessment Service

Facilitated by Registered Nurse will facilitate stakeholders to conduct self-assessment on infection control implementations and strategies within their units via on-site visits. Actionable and effective recommendations (action plan) will be formulated together with the stakeholders for making continuous improvements.

Infection Control Officer Training Course

The training course will provide infection control officers with advanced concepts and management knowledge in infection control, covering simulation training, case studies and interaction.
